• Match tickets will be distributed at the ticket counter scheduled to be set up outside Tokyo Dome on the day of the event.
• Final instructions regarding ticket exchange will be sent to the email address you provided during registration approximately two weeks prior to the event.
• Ensure your email address is correct and set to receive emails from the “bokun.io,” “jtb.com,” “mail.jtb.com,” “jbx.jtb.jp,” and “jbn.jtb.jp” domains.
• Seats cannot be reserved (e.g., 1st/3rd base side). Seat numbers are unknown until tickets are handed over. For multiple applicants, seats may not be adjacent.
• Applications are online, first-come, first-served (no phone/fax). Registration closes when capacity is reached.
• You can purchase for up to 4 people per order.
• For certain seat types, additional tickets may become available even after selling out, due to adjustments for personnel/media seats.
• Purchase (payment) is immediate after application. Credit card is the only payment method.
• For customer-initiated changes, we cannot accommodate any modifications to the date, time, number of participants, or participant names after the application is completed, nor can we process cancellations, regardless of the reason.
• Resale of this package is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of tickets/services will result in no refund. See "Hospitality Package Terms and Conditions" for details.
• Paid transfer of spectator tickets without organizer consent is prohibited. Admission may be refused for such tickets. This ticket is subject to the “Act on Ensuring Appropriate Distribution of Box Office Admission Tickets due to Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Specific Box Office Admission Tickets, etc.” Resale for profit is punishable. Tickets from unauthorized resale sites may be refused entry.
• Our company and our dealers will use customer personal information for communication, and to the extent necessary for the tournament organizer to arrange services, process payments, and ensure safe tournament management.
• Service details/times may change or be canceled due to organizer circumstances or daily progress. No refunds for such changes or cancellations.
• Preschool children not requiring a seat can enter free (up to 1 per adult). To secure a seat, a package application is required for the preschooler.
• No child fees; same price as adults.
• Spectator tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged, forgotten, etc.). If not confirmed, entry will be refused.
• When applying for a package, “WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS” applies. Please be aware.
• When watching a game, please abide by the Japan Baseball Organization's “Game Spectator Contract Agreement” and “Photo/Video Shooting and Distribution/Transmission Regulations”.
• Bringing dangerous goods or pets (except service, hearing, and guide dogs) into the venue is not permitted.
• Please note that media and staff may take pictures at the venue, and these materials may be posted on various media.
• Please note that we are not responsible for inability to watch the game if the reason is not attributable to us.
