At which games will the WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC EXPERIENCES Powered by JTB Official Hospitality Program be on sale?

It will be on sale at four Japan games held at Tokyo Dome from March 5th to 10th, 2026.

Can I make changes or cancel after purchase?

Under no circumstances can we accommodate changes to the date, time, number of participants, or participant names after your application is complete, nor can we accept cancellations.

Is resale permitted?

We strictly prohibit the resale of hospitality packages. Please note that should any unauthorized use of match tickets, ancillary services, merchandise, or similar items be discovered, no refunds will be issued for this plan.

What should I do if I have special needs such as accessibility requirements?

Wheelchair-accessible seating is not available within the official hospitality viewing area. If you require special accommodations, please contact the JTB Desk (worldbaseballclassicexperiences@jtb.com) before purchasing tickets.

Can children attend?

You are welcome to join us.Preschool children who do not require a seat may enter free of charge, with a maximum of one child per paying adult.However, if you wish to reserve a seat for a preschool child, you must purchase this package for them.

How do you determine where guests will be seated?

Seat assignments (including first-base side/third-base side designations) are not available. We cannot provide seat numbers or other details until tickets are issued. Additionally, when purchasing tickets for multiple people, seats may not be adjacent.

How should I get to the venue?

Please plan to make your own way to and from the venue by public transportation.

How can I receive my tickets? (For customers purchasing their package online)

Official hospitality packages (including tickets) will be distributed at the ticket counter scheduled to be set up outside Tokyo Dome on the day of the event. Final instructions regarding redemption will be sent to the email address provided during registration approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Can my ticket be reprinted if I lose or forget to bring it on the day?

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are unable to be reprinted.

Will there be a security check on arrival?

Yes, there will be a security check on arrival. Please bring only essential items with you on the day and be sure to check the prohibited items in advance.　※This may be subject to change.

Can I bring a stroller to the venue?

Strollers are permitted, however must be left at the entrance.

Can I leave and reenter the venue?

Yes, eligible ticket holders may reenter the venue. Please ensure to bring your Official Hospitality pass and ticket and complete the necessary reentry procedures prior to leaving the venue.
Yes, Tokyo Dome is covered allowing games to be played without interruption in the event of rain.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Tokyo Dome. Please complete reentry requirements prior to using the designated smoking areas outside the venue should you wish to smoke.
